Massive Attack、Young Fathers、Fontaines D.C.の3組がガザで活動する「国境なき医師団」を全面的に支援するために急遽楽曲をリリース。利益の100％はガザとヨルダン川西岸地区における国境なき医師団に寄付されるとのこと。スリーヴの裏面には国境なき医師団の衛生兵Mahmoud Abu Nujaila医師がイスラエルによる空爆で死亡する前にガザの病院のホワイトボードに書いた言葉が掲載されている。
