サイケデリック・ドリーマーWayne Coyne率いるThe Flaming Lipsのなんと16枚目。近年コンセプト重視のドープな作品が目立ったがここにきて『The Soft Bulletin』『Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots』『At War With The Mystics』絶頂期の誇大ソフトサイケポップに旋回。だがそれら3部作が未来、宇宙といったまだ見ぬ領域を見せてくれていたのに対し、今作は「さらにその後」を描いている様なディストピアックなノスタルジーが充満している。人類が停滞を余儀なくされたこの時世にWayne Coyneは相変わらずアシッドをバキバキに決めながら一体何を思うのだろう。限定カラーヴァイナル2LP。
